Terms of Service

1. Orders and Acceptance

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. A contract is formed once payment is confirmed and we accept the order.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example where a product is out of stock or a pricing error occurred, in which case you will be refunded in full.
• All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery fees, if any, are shown before checkout.

2. Payment

Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. Your order is only confirmed once payment has been received and verified.

3. Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order is confirmed.
• Risk in the products passes to you on delivery to the address you provide.
• Please ensure your contact details are correct so we can reach you about your order.

4. Returns and Refunds

• You may return products in accordance with our Return Policy and your rights under the CPA.
• Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time of the return being accepted.

5. Product Information

We work hard to display accurate product descriptions, images, and prices. However, we do not warrant that all information is error-free, and colours may vary slightly from on-screen representations.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the store, attempt to breach its security, use it for unlawful purposes, or interfere with other customers' access.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, including the CPA, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the value of that purchase.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to all orders placed after the update.
