We deliver to addresses across South Africa. Orders are delivered by reputable courier partners to the delivery details you provide at checkout.

2. Dispatch Times

• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being confirmed.
• Items that are out of stock may take longer; we will contact you to arrange a suitable option.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

• Main centres: approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• Regional and outlying areas: approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates only — actual delivery times may vary due to courier volumes, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Tracking and Contact

5. Undeliverable Parcels

Please ensure your contact details are accurate so the courier can reach you. Parcels that cannot be delivered after repeated attempts may be returned to us, and redelivery may attract an additional delivery fee.
